Embedded Files
Members have private access to several important confidential documents hosted on Google Drive. This is how it works:
If you are a member, you should have received an email via Google informing you that the folder has been shared with you. All known member email addresses have access. These files are most effectively accessed via a Google Chrome browser.
When you click on the link provided in this email, Google may prompt you to verify your email address with a verification code. Providing this information will allow you to access Members-Only documents. Periodically, Google will ask you to verify your email again. This is a security measure similar to those used by other sites, such as your bank.
If you have not received the initial email, or if you are having difficulties accessing Members-Only files, please email admin@beckettpoint.com.

Member Requests for Action (RFAs)
RFA forms may be used to inform the Board Officers or Board of Trustees of something that needs attention, such as repairs, requests, ideas, suggestions, or questions. Once filled out, you may email them directly to admin@beckettpoint.com or mail to:

In most cases, you will receive a response to RFA within 14 days.
